If your item meets the requirements outlined below, we have a unique high visibility, tamper proof packaging solution to get it onto your container.

Your item:

• Wants to be on the outside of your product or container
• Considered high value (we provide high visibility and tamper control)
• Can be stacked in flat piles
• Is between 0.012” thick and 0.125” thick
• Is between 1-1/4” wide and 10” wide
• Is between 2” long and 13” long
• Can tolerate being squeezed (a little) without being damaged
• Can tolerate sliding against each other (in a pile) without damage
• Is rigid enough to hold its form while being pushed (examples: folded paper is usually okay, as is a single sheet of 12 pt index card stock)

If your meets these requirements, we will perform a sample test to confirm suitability for automated packaging.

If it passes the suitability test, just ship us your items, and we will package them in clear adhesive backed envelopes (pouches). We return them packaged to you, either die-cut on rolls or fan-folded into cartons. Some configurations can be automatically applied with an automatic label applicator. Custom shapes sizes are usually not a problem for us.

Our flexible packaging solution allows for a unique presentation for some of the most challenging of containers, including bags and pouches.

Now your item can have a high degree of visibility in a tamper proof package. Other benefits include:

• Tamperproof – Encapsulation on all four sides makes it necessary to cut the item out of the envelope (we also offer an easy-open option, but it is tamper-evident – you can open it with your fingers, but it will be obvious that the item is missing.
• No attachment from item to container - item removes clean – no residue
• Now you can easily get your item onto containers – from solid walls to bags and pouches.
• Provides protection from dust and moisture
